Tigerjams Return & Exchange Policy

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if:

  • The wrong product was sent (my mistake!)
  • Your item was damaged during shipping (I'll handle the shipping company)

In these cases, I’ll quickly resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.

Size Exchanges
If the product you ordered is the wrong size, you may exchange it for another size, provided:

  • The item is returned in excellent condition (clean, unworn, and free from perfumes or scents).
  • You cover return shipping costs, as well as shipping costs for the replacement item.

Non-returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked "final sale"
